EzSeva respects your privacy. This policy explains what happens when you use ezseva.in and our free browser tools.
Your files are processed on your device — not uploaded to us for tool processing.

1. File Processing — In Your Browser
EzSeva image, PDF, and typing tools run using JavaScript in your web browser. When you select or drag a file, it is read into your browser's memory on your device.
We do not operate a backend that accepts your documents for resize, compress, merge, split, protect, crop, or similar tool operations. Output files are generated locally and downloaded by you.
Because processing is client-side, EzSeva cannot view, store, or recover the content of files you process through our tools.
2. Analytics (Google Analytics)
On the live website (www.ezseva.in), we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic — such as page views, device type, and general geography. This helps us improve EzSeva.
Google Analytics may set cookies and collect usage data according to Google's policies. We do not use analytics to read your uploaded files (files are not uploaded for processing).
You may use browser privacy settings or opt-out tools provided by Google to limit analytics tracking.
3. Advertising (Google AdSense)
EzSeva is free to use. We display advertisements through Google AdSense on the live site to support operating costs.
Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to EzSeva or other websites. Ad personalization is governed by Google's advertising policies.
You can manage ad personalization in your Google Account settings or use an ad blocker — tools will continue to work.
4. Cookies
EzSeva may use essential cookies for site functionality and third-party cookies from Google Analytics and Google AdSense as described above.
We do not require cookies to process files in our tools — tool processing does not depend on signing in or sending files to our servers.
5. Personal Information
You can use all EzSeva tools without creating an account. We do not ask for Aadhaar, phone number, or identity documents to use free tools.
If you email us (hello@ezseva.in), we receive only what you choose to send — typically your email address and message text. Please do not email sensitive documents.
6. Third-Party Links
EzSeva links to external sites such as government portals, EzSeva Care (care.ezseva.com), and Google services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites.
Review the privacy policy of any external site before sharing personal information.
7. Children's Privacy
EzSeva tools are general-purpose utilities also used by students. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our free tools.
If you believe a child has provided personal data to us by email, contact hello@ezseva.in and we will delete it.
8. India & Your Rights
EzSeva is operated from India. We aim to comply with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, for personal data we control (such as support emails).

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when we add features, change analytics or advertising partners, or update legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top will change accordingly.
Continued use of EzSeva after an update means you accept the revised policy.
